The Sharkskin Phone Case allows you to take images and video while out on the water, at the beach, whilst snorkelling and having fun during your favourite watersport.

This phone case allows you to protect your phone, giving you piece of mind that you will be able to more safely stay in touch with friends and family and in case of emergency.

The phone case-skin will keep your phone dry in water up to a maximum depth of 1.5m and has been immersion tested and rated for use to a depth of 1.5m having an IPX8  rating.

The soft case allows you to access your phone screen, while the clear window gives your phones camera and video the perfect porthole for taking images or videos in shallow water. You can also use your phones button functions, allowing you to have maximum function of your phone when in the water or above the surface to take your images.

Sharkskins mobile phone case also provides excellent protection from other environmental elements including sand, dirt, dust, snow and grease.

The Sharkskin phone case is compatible with devices up to 100mm x 170mm (the clear window is 165mm x 85mm) in size. This will fit all models including the largest iPhone 15 Pro Max and the largest Samsung 24 Ultra mobiles.

Comes with a neck strap long enough to go around your neck and reach your PFD pocket, or connect to any D-ring or clip for convenience, and to work as a double safeguard against losing your phone during your favourite watersport. 

Caution: With any underwater case it is important to perform a ‘seal’ pre-test to avoid accidental flooding by following the instructions' included with the packaging. Sharkskin will not be held liable for any damage caused to items placed inside the phone case. This includes any moisture, pressure or water damage.

Size Charts

The Sharkskin size charts are made to be accurate for the type of fit you need for each garment. Provided that you measure your body accurately then you will get the very best estimate for size.VIDEO GUIDE TO HELP YOU WITH THE BEST FIT BELOW 


Under a wetsuit - if you are wearing Sharkskin™ underneath a wetsuit then you will need to make sure your Sharkskin™ garment is ‘fitted’ so that it is firm on your body and does not bunch underneath your wetsuit. 

In and out of the water - if you are wearing Sharkskin™ by itself (not under a wetsuit) and are fully submerged or ‘in and out’ of the water (EG – ‘in and underwater’ watersports like SCUBA diving and snorkelling, and also general watersports where you are ‘in and out’ of the water like surfing, foiling, wake boarding, kiteboarding, windsurfing, performance sailing, etc) then it is also best to make sure your Sharkskin™ garment is more ‘fitted’ than loose. Out of the water - if you are wearing Sharkskin™ as a standalone garment out of the water 100% of the time (EG – SUP boarding, surfski paddling, recreational kayaking, snow skiing, sailing, as thermal wear for mountain biking and other outdoor activities, etc) then you may be more comfortable with a slightly looser fit to allow for better torso rotation and flexibility. 

Sharkskin Rapid Dry rash shirts - the exception to wearing Sharkskin™ ‘fitted’ is the Rapid Dry range. Rapid Dry is designed to be worn slightly loose like your favourite T shirt.

FIT TIPS –

  • To ensure a looser fit then size up or choose the higher end of the sizing scale when comparing your body measurements to the size chart. To ensure a tighter / firmer fit then do the opposite.
  • When putting Chillproof or T2 Chillproof garments on do the zipper up at the narrowest part of your waist and then pull the top down towards your hips. Once pulled down then continue to pull the zipper up, (per the video demonstration).
  • You may need a different size top and bottom - so please measure both top and bottom measurements rather than choosing the same size automatically.
  • If you're tall and thin you are best to maintain a firmer fit even if it's a bit short in arms and legs.

    Fits Samsung S24 perfectly.

    The sharkskin phone case is great for boating or the beach. It keeps your phone protected from water splashes & sand. If you do drop it in the water when boating, it floats. So you can easily retrieve it instead of calling in search & recovery divers.

    For additional safety I’ve added a patch of SOLAS reflective tape to the back of the case. (In case phone batt dies can still use it for SAR to help find me.)

    The only one disadvantage is if it’s been very humid when sealing the phone, some condensation can occur on the inside of the phone case. So may need to occasionally open the case to expel a water drop or two so it doesn’t operate in a high humidity environment. Or throw in a silica gel moisture absorbing sachet.

    Waterproof mobile phone case

    Great product,I bought 4 in different colours as going on a beach family holiday and I think they'll be great to protect,phones,keys,cash,room keys etc would have loved to have had a pink case to purchase
