Sharkskin is proud to release our advanced design Public Safety neoprene wetsuit to EVERYONE. 

The SLSA 3mm Steamer Wetsuit is purposefully deigned to meet the rigours of extreme use while offering the ultimate in protection, warmth, comfort and flexibility. 

It starts with the choice of material. This is not a "one season" wetsuit. We use a high density / high flex 3mm neoprene that is very durable and flexible. It will withstand depths of more than 60m and rebounds to its original thickness yet has the flexibility and stretch you would only usually find in flimsy "one season" suits. This wetsuit will remain warm and intact for many years of use. 

The higher quality material is matched by the superior quality method of construction. We use a proprietary seam adhesion that bonds so well that the seams are as strong as a normal “no seam” neoprene sheet and 100% water-tight. We then stitch the seam with high tensile strength marine grade thread that is resistant to saltwater degradation and the effects of UV from the sun.  

The top-entry chest-zip design is extraordinary, making the wetsuit super easy to get on and off compared to the existing mass market designs. The design stops water flushing in and out of the wetsuit around the neck and shoulders which means a significant increase in warmth when you are in the water.  

This high quality, long-lasting SLSA Wetsuit is handcrafted in our own factory in Newcastle, Australia to the highest standards.  

As a stand-alone wetsuit the Sharkskin Surf Patrol wetsuit is ideal for surfing, scuba diving and snorkelling in warmer waters, sailing, foiling and virtually any watersport where you want a long-lasting, quality 3mm neoprene wetsuit for maximum warmth. For even more warmth and to 100% cut out the windchill just add any of the Sharkskin Chillproof (equivalent to 2-3mm warmth) or Titanium T2 Chillproof (equivalent to 4-5mm warmth) garments underneath the wetsuit.
