Neptune School Suit Program
NEPTUNE Australia specialise in designing and manufacturing custom wetsuits for your dive school or rental department with your brand and web address. All suits are custom made meaning we make your suits to order, applying all logos and graphics before assembly. Your custom graphics are screen printed onto flat neoprene panels pre-assembly then passed through a commercial conveyor oven to "cure" the ink to ensure longevity and colour retention.
NEPTUNE suits are manufactured in Australia from a high quality, dive grade neoprene. All suits are made-to-order in Australia and custom graphics are applied prior to assembly.
All NEPTUNE suits are built for diving and compression in contrast to cheaper surface grade neoprene's that do not withstand the stresses of repetitive compression's, UV and salt exposure and the fact they have to confirm to different body shapes on just about every use. Suit pricing varies depending on thickness, features and volumes but fully customised suits are affordable considering the design, reliability and customisation benefits.
We stand behind our products and provide a 12 month warranty and local repair service on the suits that we build.
Neptune School/ Rental Custom Suit Program.
Dive schools and dive centres need neoprene exposure protection for their customers who may be learning to dive or renting equipment for diving. There are a lot of imported neoprene suits available that may manage to last one or two seasons before eventually succumbing to the harsh Australian environment – NEPTUNE can provide a quality, Australian made wetsuit customised with your store logo and web details
The NEPTUNE customised suit program allows you to purchase neoprene suit in the configuration and thickness you need with customised logos and graphics, external colour coded sizing and made from a material that is not only flexible and comfortable for your customers but extremely robust.
Materials
We use three main fabrics for the construction of our suits. All three are very high quality neoprene and represent the three fabrics we manufacture all of our range.
Black Stretch (3mm, 5mm, 7mm or 9mm) - Our most popular Neoprene for school or rental suits. Black Stretch is flexible and robust and particularly favoured for its stretch and ability to conform to a divers body and fitting a wider range of body shapes.
Duraflex (3mm, 5mm, 7mm or 9mm) - Designed for commercial and/or high wear suits or high abrasion areas. Not as flexible as stretch but extremely abrasion resistant and more flexible than standard Nylon/Jersey.
Black Nylon (3mm, 5mm or 7mm) - An economical but still high quality neoprene with good flexibility.
Split Thickness
Split thickness suits (3/5mm or 5/7mm) are a great option to aid flexibility, add warmth and keep bouyancy down. Price to be based on most expensive material/thickness for full suit.
Production Time
Production time is generally 6-8 weeks from the receipt of the approved and signed specification sheet and deposit payment. Delivery timeline may vary and are subject to availability of raw materials.
Sizing and Colour Coding
The standard NEPTUNE size range applies to all suits except the hooded vest which is unisex sizing. Sizing is external printed colour coded sizing on wrists Slim ( - ) and Relaxed (+) sizing available on request (price on application). In addition to using numeric size indicators we also colour code suits to make identifing suit sizes quick and easy in a school or rental environment.
Customized graphics
NEPTUNE is able to place your customised graphics (dive school/dive store logo) on the chest of the suit plus your store website address down the right arm of the suit in the colour coded sizing. The NEPTUNE logo will be placed on the left arm and on the thighs of the suit. Artwork must be supplied in Eps or Ai format. A specification sheet will be developed for customer approval. Any artwork that cannot be supplied in this format will incur a $40 per/hr fee to convert artwork.
All details including artwork, logos and website details will be collected by the NEPTUNE Area Sales Representative and forwarded to NEPTUNE where a specification sheet will be produced.
Order Procedure
Production will only be scheduled after NEPTUNE receives a completed and signed specification sheet. A 50% deposit from the customer is expected at the time approving the specification sheet and placing the order.
Graphics Setup
For new customers, there is a one-time graphics setup fee for each colour of the logo plus an additional cost per suit for a two (or more) colour logo application. Additional graphics requests will require quotation depending on the nature of the request.
Quantities and Bulk Order
We offer a price break for 1-25 suits and an additional discount for 25+ suits ordered in one production run. A BULK order is considered an order with a minimum order quantity of 30 suits ordered in minimum quantities of 5 suits per size and all volumes ordered must be multiples of five (5) units per size. All prices are net, no additional discounts or settlement discounts apply.

Neptune Custom Neoprene Accessorises
Neptune manufacture a range of neoprene suits and accessories that can be customised and branded with your company logo. We can create custom wetsuits for your dive school or rental department with your brand and web address; why promote the brand of an equipment manufacturer on the most prominent piece of equipment your divers use when you can promote yours?
Neoprene regulator bags, mask tamers, stubby coolers and the new neoprene tank sleeve, all customised with your store name and logo and in a range of neoprene colour options to suit your brand. For new customers there is a one-time $65.00 graphic set up fee for one colour logo designs. Multi colour logos require multiple screens. Once established we can apply your logo to any neoprene product we produce at no additional charge.

Instructor Custom Suit Program
the harsh Australian environment – NEPTUNE can provide a quality, Australian made wetsuit customised with with colours features and printing that is unique.
This program allows you to purchase a premium TRITON 7/5MM or AMMULETTE 7MM neoprene suit with customised graphics, colours and features. These suits are not only flexible and comfortable but extremely robust. The specify and unique instructor features will differentiate you from your students to enable easy identify underwater. You then have the ultimate instructor suit.
Eligability
Instructor or Dive Professional must be certified by an accredited diving certification agency and be affiliated in some capacity with a NEPTUNE Authorised Dealer. Verification of Instructor certification may be required. Order can only be placed via a NEPTUNE Authorised Dealer.
Sizing
Chose from a standard size or to ensure the correct fit, complete the Neptune MTM Measurement Check Form in this price list and we will recommend the best size for you. If a full Made to Measure (MTM) suit is required, an addition MTM fee may apply.
